This is the skinless version of our Polish Sausage. We combine pork and beef with the right spices and lots of garlic to make this delicious sausage. Fully cooked over hickory smoke, makes for a flavorful juicy sausge you'll enjoy. Heat them up by steaming, simmering, or grilling. Serve it up on a hot dog bun with all the fixings.
