1 Can Beer
1 Large chopped onion
1/4 stick butter or margarine
2 lbs. Daisy Brand Cooked Bratwurst
Sautee onions and butter in a pan until onions begin to turn transparent.
Pour beer into pan and simmer. Place Bratwurst on the grill and cook until browned.
Place Bratwurst into the beer and onion mixture and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Serve on a roll with the onions and mustard.
