Similar in taste to our Smoked Polish Sausage, our Bun Size Polish Sausages are a combination of lean pork and beef seasoned with just the right spices and garlic. They are stuffed into natural casings and hand-linked before we fully cook them over natural hickory smoke. They are bun length in size and can be grilled, steamed, simmered, or microwaved. Serve it up in a hot dog bun with all the fixings for something different off the grill!
